RUV-G Series Fully Automatic High Speed UV Coating Machine
Features
With more than ten years experience of coating equipment manufacturing and advanced technology, we developed DGUV-Series Fully Automatic High Speed UV Coating machine. The maximum speed of this machine has reached 8000 sheet per hour (5000sph for light paper of 100g/sqm). Pneumatic adjusting for scraper, oil thickness metering and pressure between rollers makes the operation more convenient. Reversing type of oil thickness adjusting which controlled by inverter can help you to control the coating process more easily and efficiently. Double-scraper system on the lower coating roller can clean all the extra UV oil there which ensures the quality of coating. Three UV lamps with super power of UV ray curing, reflectors cover inside curing box and over-heated control and cooling system which can keep the temperature inside the curing box in a balanced level and avoid the coated material from shrinking and rolling.
